The Smart Identity Card Replacement Centres have ceased to provide services. Persons who have not replaced their identity cards should make their applications at specified Registration of Persons Offices. For replacement of a new smart identity card, please make an appointment for the service on this website (https://www.gov.hk/en/residents/immigration/idcard/hkic/bookregidcard.htm) or through the Immigration Department mobile application.
