1. If you have applied for extension of stay online through GovHK and received a notification letter from the Immigration Department to provide supplementary documents to assist in processing your application, you can use this online submission service.
2. If you have submitted an application for extension of stay or Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG) online through GovHK and received a notification letter from the Immigration Department to provide supplementary documents to assist in processing your application, you can use the online submission service.
   If you have submitted an application for extension of stay / a visa application for foreign domestic helper and received a notification letter from the Immigration Department to provide supplementary documents to assist in processing your application, you can use the online submission service.
3. You should prepare the supplementary documents listed in the notification letter and scan them in the acceptable file format before using this service.
4. During the online submission, it is essential to select the appropriate document types of the uploaded documents.

B. Steps for online submission of supplementary document

1. Read and agree to the declaration
2. Input application reference number and applicant's date of birth
3. Attach supplementary document
4. Re-confirm furnished document
5. Receive acknowledgement
