Other Non-Permanent Residents For persons / dependants admitted under Capital Investment Entrant Scheme, you should submit your application within 3 months prior to the expiry of your current limit of stay. For applicants admitted under other arrangement / policy or persons admitted for employment / education and their dependants, you should submit your application within 4 weeks prior to the expiry of your current limit of stay. |
